Yesterday i was amazed


I know nobody cares in this topic because they are trying to get boosted or sell their services

But yesterday I was playing in silver and I was left amazed by the toxicity of one player

He wished to me “Canc4r” “Leukemia” because I failed one gank as a jungled

I used to play 10 years ago almost and it wasn’t like that

How can a game possibly bring out the worst of people?

the problem is 1$ accounts, people at elo below d4 sometimes with high winrate below d1 could have fresh botted account and dont give a fuck what happens if he was silver he prob failed his placements so the account was trashed for him anyway, riot is losing playerbase so cracking on those isnt their priority so it got worse lately, also tyler streaming his challenge and being toxic af when 30k people are constantly watching his behaviour not getting punished doesnt help
i think it got way worse because i am highly influenced by everyones behaviour player and i got way more toxic also

I called someone a dog once and received a chat restriction.

it was way worse 10 years ago. "canc4r" or "leukemia" is commonly used in league lingo. now everyone is snowflakes and u get hit instant for typing almost nothing

Oh so it seems u was very luck. I played for 10 yrs ++ and it’s always toxic community 🙈
