reach lvl 30 go ranked - but can only play 2 champions - doesnt know how to play any other role then solo lane champs - cant play ad carry / support / tank .. or whatever is needed when they have last pick ...

I believe that a 2200 elo player is NOT the reason elo hell exists (which it doesnt).

Last I checked, you are where you are because you arent good enough to carry in over 50% of your games.

it doesnt matter where he is ... what matters is the behaviour "oh i am lvl 30 now - lets go ranked" .. in his case it was perhaps ok, because as it seems he can play more than jsut 1 champ if he got 2.2k elo now ... but thats not the basis of the players out there
