It's not much of a difference. The whole reason to the guide is to help people play Janna properly, the item choice is the only thing I've changed.

I tend to get spirit visage now over DFG most games, the hp regen boost and mr help when kiting.

Though some games DFG is still called for, with people playing high HP chars, that aren't tanks.
