anyone can reach dia on both servers , the only server with a decent solo qu might be the korean one

u proving nothing since it was blackhawk who started it, and had to d with playing anything but akali

well not for me... as soon as i get a ping over 100 i stop playing.
just doesnt feel right and is annoying

well depends on how we define "good"
i usually play on 60-120 , id say anything below 150 is playable
