i don't have exp share and i do'nt think i can catch 50 pokemon cuz i haven't even seen 50 pokemon yet and nobody wants to trade with me and i don't want my eevee to get any other EV's other than defense / health

Umbreon most likely.

Although HP would be the best to raise.

slbb is chansey worth it to raise just as a tank? or is that not the meta any longer?

why not use vaporean as a wall instead of umbreon? i thoguth vaporean has better tanky stats
