You can go early lane control gank build -

Fort pot - 2 Health - 2 Mana

Get stun + Heart seaker at level 2.

Lane with a stun.

You stun do heart seaker, your parter stuns and finish off. Exhaust/Ignire w/e it may take to finish them.

If you hit a caster with heartseaker you shouldn't need the second stun because they will die in one cast if they are in the middle of it.

god damn I just went 8/0/10 on a 3s map. I never done that well before. Rarely ever do I get more kills than deaths. Yeah I'm that bad =)

he's not as effective in high elo games. cleaver is sooooo predictable and easy to dodge
