That's quite off from my current ELO, and it is quite higher than I expect to be because I see people playing a lot better than me.
Your formula could use some tweaking, it seems like people are getting values much higher than they should.
It works pretty well with 90% of people so far, ofc there are some exception like in your case. it's because you are probably older than the majority of LoL players (25+ easily)
