i kinda keep my shiv level up to date with my jack in the box meaning that i dont have level 5 jitb and level 1 shiv i have like level 4 or 3 jitb and level 3 or 2 shiv so i can harass really well in my lane, as well as get some nice killsteals.

I mean if you wanna do that, go for it.

I just prefer jitb doing a lot of dmg asap. That way you can be a mega bitch.
