Do you mean your masteries? You eventually get 30 mastery points so you have to choose wisely. And all hero's use different setups. Its all about preference though.

Your ( R ) keyboard skill.

For most characters the ( R ) is the ultimate.

Some like Udyr and others dont specifically have an ult.

Most people max the skill they use the most. (When focusing a skill, you can max it at level 9)

Then level up their R (ult) at 6 11 16.

yeah I usually use my ult for minions. I try to use it when they enemy is around and it takes 1/3 of their life. Going to start trying the other heroes now. still have no idea where I should put my mastery points at. Got to level 4 last night!
