I used to think Dyrus was an awful top laner (he was arguably the weakest on TSM back in S2) now he's the best top laner NA (I'd put ZionSpartan right next to him) and these picks he's getting right now are comfort picks for team-comp reasons.
He could've easily went Renekton here if he wanted to, but going Malphite just throws in for team comps. Remember, this isn't TSM, this is an All-Star team, where team comps are put together by the players and practiced to hell, AKA why they brought Liquid in.
He's passive-aggressive in the sense of he knows when to go all in and he knows when to play passively. Did he play great that game? Nope, no one really on the NA team did besides xpecial, but that's besides the point of calling Dyrus bad vs foreigners lol (actually you say he's bad in general, which is even worse)
