Don't mean to be rude, but almost every post of yours begins with you criticizing your teammate(s). At every single elo you will have teammates who do dumb things, all the time. That will never ever change. However, you have the ability to change and improve your own gameplay while everyone else stays constant. If you are truly improving at the game then you will climb despite all these stupid things your teammates are doing.
There is really nothing wrong with getting salty (unless it is in chat of course), it happens to me literally all the time. But if you let that get in the way of you trying to get better at the game too then your results will stay the same. Note that you will still lose plenty of games due to teammates but it is never the reason you aren't climbing. If you are reflecting on every single game and trying to figure out what you could have done better in any possible situation, you will begin to improve constantly.
yah obviously. I'm not better than my current elo, and even if there are games some of my teammates suck shit I could be making a difference by doing things like getting a kill or two in lane and grabbing objectives/vision to have a fighting chance. But venting after every game helps and keeps me from thinking about it after I'm done playing.
E: It also keeps me from flaming my teammates in-game lol, I just save it for the post-game screenshot.
