Also, I think the main reason we're losing players is either because the update, or because everyone has built what they wanted to build and got bored.. So they quit.

The only thing I do nowadays on this is slowly build up my castle..

pvp never gets boring, if you die and lose gear, give new reason to find diamonds and make new gear and get levels and enchants and pvp more
