You flied using a modified client because noone gave you the ability to "fly" aka creative mode and the server default is flying disabled. I havent been here for the week to know exactly what final was doing, but I still wasn't impressed with the fact that you had special privledges over regular players being a regular player yourself.
this is irrelevant now because i don't expect to play on the server again.
i just know finalkill doesn't deserve admin powers.
