I wonder if they could make more money by a pay to play game, and then people who are banned will need to buy a new cd key etc.
but something about buying the game is a major turn off for people these days, even though they spend so much on skins...
maybe it has to do with paying for a game before even playing it... I dunno
maybe this is already happening with the selling of level 30 accounts...

yea, that was my suggestion, but the reason it wont/doesnt stop inting now in korea is because riot doesnt punish for inting at all
surely, it has stopped trigger words, right? unless there's some way around a perma ban, I'm not sure how it works in korea
basically couple a unique ID to a persons accounts with a better ban system for intentional feeding and I think you will get less intentional feeders.
wont stop the "smart" passive inters though, maybe put this in process and let it run for a long time then do a single ban wave of inters before they change their inting strategy, but all that work for no $$ is unlikely
