there is no tribunal for years. its a simple bot program that catches these words. its simple

the game is built to protect players. younger players who read what you say and interpret it the wrong way.

you can get a perm ban reduced. tell them the account was unfairly escalted to a perm ban. if you prove the bot banned you. which it did. your suppose to get a 10 game chat restrict. then 25. 1 day ban 3 day ban 2 week ban then perm. if it was severe they can insta perm ban if they want. if you shoe your account was unfairly escalated they will prob reduce. if they dont. ask a different rioter. its their discretion

I type probably 20-30 lines per game. I've never so much as been warned. If you say one word that is negative / insulting / even trying to give advice after they say they don't want it, you're gonna end up banned eventually.

Your best hope after they reply to you and tell you you're not getting unbanned is ask them if you can make a new account and level it to prove you've reformed. There have been people on the official boards who have gotten to level 50+ with no warns and have reported being able to get their accounts back. That is assuming you can be positive for several hundred games in a row, win or lose.

Just be glad you're not playing DotA 2 where some of the outfits can cost thousands of dollars lol.
