She wasn't. At 17 seconds she jumps across the minimal the range of flash.

For those of you who think he's scripting you're wrong. I've 1v1'd
him plenty of times in a few diff champion match ups. You guys
should be taking notes instead of accusing him of scripting or using
any kind of modifications to "cheat."
