Like stated, only way to "beat" proxy Singed is to play a champ with waveclear.

If they pick singed into your GP/Shen/Darius/Jax/Voli etc (anything without waveclear), just rush a Tiamat/Hydra.

Don't send more than 1-2 people to take care of him. Proxy singed works by sucking resources from your team.

He also handicaps his team by taking THEIR farm later and never being present in teamfight, use that to your advantage.

Seems smart to just send the duo lane top vs him? Free farm and harass so hard.

Send a cho or someone bot that can at least get some fam and survive.

Ive had ppl try this vs me when i play singed and typically it means easy double kills and extra fed singed because its 1v2 and I will be at least 2 lvls higher than them since they are splitting exp.

How could you ever get minions? Even under a tower it would be hard to farm as singed it seems.

Did you just not get harassed? I feel like an exreal/lulu lane would be impossible to beat with singed.

Sit under turret until about level 6 at which point they should be at most lvl 5 and possibly even level 4. If they get to aggressive Fling them into turret for an early kill, otherwise once singed has ulti and they do not have ulti yet I can almost always get a kill. And at this point it doesnt matter because if they try to fight me 2v1 which they normally do they will die with my ulti up and if they dont fight me i can push to their 2nd tower return and teleport back full with items.

The thing is even if they can kill singed it wont matter because they are having to put 2-4 ppl on me to kill me and singed will only be worth 50 gold in no time but he can still keep pushingn and it will still take 2-4 ppl to kill him. And thats not even a guaranteed kill with wards and what not I generally still get away when they try to 3v1 or 4v1 me top. So the important thing is that other lanes are winning while they are wasting time on singed.

your tower is gone by that point do u even have any experience as singed vs adc + support?...

I prefer doing it as proxy AP tryndamere.
