Obviously, considering I have 3 school records in olympic lifts. You're right, I have no idea whatsoever what a bulking and cutting cycle is. It's not like I'm an athlete or anything

The point of bulking is so that your body has extra nutrients to pull from when you are trying to gain more muscle. Bulking the way you are will not do that for you. You'll simply get fat

Did you not read my previous post? I said I am very active. Unlike some lard asses like yourself who "power lift", I do 5/3/1 only because I have muay thai and judo after work/class.
