Idk, I think myself and the other people that use a survival server see things differently.
I don't really see a point in building giant creations on a survival server, I like the idea of ladder(d2 resets etc) too so I guess that could tie into it.
/e But that is why I suggested a poll.
It could be a horrible idea idk.
I see where you're going with this but I disagree to an extent. You seem to be to much of an extremist
Let me put it in this perspective, building giant creations on a survival server is an accomplished. You lived, farmed those materials and built your creation legitamatly. Which I believe, is the biggest reward and "accomplishment-like-feeling". Same thing as D2 Ladder Reset, if you kill people or whatever or get the highest level, doing that legit is a great feeling, but you do it while PvP is enabled.
Basically, D2 also has a single player (open battle.net) that you can use hacks and beat the game completely, but whats the point when you can't die? Can be compared to Creative Server or Survival server that frowns on PvP and has mods that make the game easier than the original purpose?

The world is infinite anyway, only limited blocks are end stone, and certain bricks at the end portal
I heard that if you go straight for like 800 hours or something that minecraft server eventually stops creating itself.
