What are the bans in games where I can see GP, Morgana, Singed, Vayne together?

I mean, at my ELO (1300 +/-) they are common bans, especially Morgana/GP!

Varies from game to game.

Common high elo bans include Riven, Skarner, Soraka (l0l), etc etc

Morgana is simply countered too easily, etc etc

But remember, you can only ban 6 characters a game

Another question: No CV at this level?

Didn't see any on the last screens, even saw Heal on Taric... wtf?

Cv is overrated on solo queue
warding is enough

you might need cv against champions like fiddlestick only

Morgana is commonly banned in high elo arranged games, for all i know.
