1.go to programs and put in %appdata%
(you should see your minecraft folder now open it)
then right click your bin folder and click properties.
then go to option that says previous version.
click an option that is dated before the update took place and click restore.make sure your minecraft is closed.
that should downgrade minecraft and take care of the problem.next time you open minecraft make sure you hit not know when asked if you want to update

i am on. just cant join d2jsp server (was whitlisted i was told) it says "Connection Lost: End of Stream"
if i try to join other servers it says " internal exception java.net.SocketException: connection reset
