I'm just almost done transfering all of the files and curiousity had me start googling and I came across this. From the sounds of it, even though you guys have all updated to 1.3.1 - it seems that if you wish to continue to use craftbukkit (ie the server with plugins) as opposed to vanilla minecraft, you'll have to downgrade your version to 1.2.5 until CraftBukkit releases a 1.3.1 version.

Right now, they've released a 1.2.5-R5 (was previously on R4), but from that post linked above it doesn't seem that I'll be able to have you guys with 1.3.1 clients playing on here until there's a public release of craftbukkit, which means, even though I just spent all of this time - really the issue was you guys using upgrading your clients, as even with a server update I can't get craftbukkit running on 1.3.

Who are you again?

its super easy to revert to 1.2.5
click start --> search "%appdata%" without quotes
rightclick the ".minecraft" folder and press properties, then go to the previous versions tab and revert to a date before you updated to 1.3.1
now you have 1.2.5 again, be sure to press not now at the update screen.

But 1.3 is so awesome, would not revert for just one server
