Lols I did misread my thing again. Yup you're right, but that doesn't make your item build right anyways. Even if you sit at 0.
Regardless you're still working against Annies natural strength.
Nothing you say fucking matters, you have proven that you know absolutely shit-all about this game. You are just some troll-fag who tries to sound smart.

Best annie guide on the site imo. My biggest hang ups.
- I'd prefer ignite or ghost over teleport. Teleport is useful for laning, but annie is predator not prey when in a solo lane most of the time. I'd rather extend my burst by another spell or have another spell for closing the gap/escaping ganks.
- I think vlad is one of the most overrated solo 1v1 champs in the game. hes good at it, but can easily be made bitch with proper harassment, so I wouldnt list vlad as a champ u should swap against (I understand it was only an example, a bad example though imo.)
- you dont have upgraded teleport on your screenshots. This is a common accident on guides and I'll assume that you usually upgrade ur teleport.
- The less direction you leave for your reader the more room for error you leave for your reader as well. you dont 100% commit to any particular build and quite honestly, I could see this item build, skill order, summoner spell section, mastery page and rune book work for almost every caster in the game.
My biggest likes
- i personally like rylais as an item and your item build, for the most part makes sense.
- Morgana is a good example of a champ you might have trouble with. spell shields and spell vamp allow her to shrug off harassment.
- You mention that annie becomes far more deadly at level 6.
- your guide is neat and organized.
- probably the best annie guide on the site (sorry ac3r. dont hate me)
gl on the contest. already talked to clyde, aswizzle, captainT, and chubby about the entries. expect results in mid april.
chubby can be abrasive but hes always constructive. he tells you what he dislikes and why, then suggests solutions if you'd like to fix said problem. Hes been very critical of every entry so don't feel like ur being pointed out.
We need to be critical of the guides entered because there are many entries this time around and they are of higher quality then the last contest.
Thanks, and yeah a lot of people like ghost/flash + ignite on Annie, and I do as well. But I love Teleport so much as a spell because it just has so many uses. You can use it to lane better, you can use it to teleport to wards to gank, you can u se it to defend. It is such a good well-rounded spell, I ave a hard time passing it up on any character. But that is just my personal preference.
I personally get Flash over Ghost on Annie, because a lot of people get ghost/flash as well, so if you try to ghost up to them they can back off. But if you instantly get in range to drop them, they have far less time to react and unless they have flash as well they are basically dead. Especially at the early level.
You say you can see this stuff working for almost any caster in the game, and that is the brilliant part about a guide. Noob/new players wont see it that way, but they will experiment and it will help them a lot with other champions as well, because it isn't just a 'here is the standard way to play' guide. I like to make people think of something different and unique. Sure standard builds are good and all, but sometimes creativity can net you the win.

not bad at all. just a couple of points from me:
I always get Q first, then W, then E, then focus on W as much as I can. Q is great for farming and a skilled last-hitter should be able to farm very effectively with a low level Disintegrate. The damage from Incinerate is just too godlike to pass up especially for early farming. You can take out virtually if not all the mage creeps with one W and finish off with AA and Q. Easy money.
I agree with Boots of Speed and 3 x HP as starter items. After much experimentation this is ALWAYS my starting items as it allows me to quickly dodge the nasty spells from other typical mids and the HP's allow me to harass with auto and quickly dominate my lane (I always go mid if I can). Not to mention, boots early allows me to upgrade quickly to Sorceres Shoes which give annie speed and MP, awesome combo.
My items I go with are Sorcerers Shoes -> Rod of Ages -> Ionian Boots of Lucidity -> Rylais -> Void Staff -> Rabadon's Death Cap.
Nice guide.
The reason people go q > w is because of w's mana cost, sure it has higher base damage, but with q you can harass so much better. But going W over Q is an option, one I would only use in a side lane personally. But whatever you like, thats the point of a game

.
