You did state "I would not attack people in their own houses". That was directly stated to Nost while myself and Elfernator were online. You even stated in that video that you had intentions to attack him had he of stayed online instead of logging out and going to world map.

You honestly gave him evidence to show that you not only lied about your intentions.. But you lied to the server owner, with witnesses. What did you honestly expect to happen?

Me and Elf don't give a fuck either way if you're on the server, but if you're going to preach that PVP should be on, you should at least keep to your word as to how you're going to handle it.

I have no issue with PVP being on, nor do I have any issue with people fighting each other, but if you're this obsessed with PVP and stuff I can give you a pvp no protection grief server to play on and you can get shit on all day by the regulars. Instead of PVP'ing and throwing a bitch fit about how you got banned why don't you figure out that if you give the server some time to grow and a STABLE AND FAIR way of having PVP on could be found at a groups conclusion maybe it wouldn't of ended up like that.

The way you're handling this is not only childish, but you're making a clear attempt as far as I can tell to chase off players, instead of trying to help the server grow some. Once its grown and has a good player base everybody should decide what PVP should be handled as. You say its a dead server, but you need to realize that its a new server, and having people act like the way you are is not only bad for the server, but it will bring any potential growth to a stand still.

You dig straight down, collect Diamonds, congratulations, you caught up to me and can kill me yourself in about, oh, 3 hours? Starting from scratch of course. Then be able to defend your property, and make full use of the games mechanics.

I said that I AGREE'D PvP should be turned off for people's houses, however it wasn't on the server, so why not? Again, me being blamed for flaws with the server. Instead of adapting. PvP can be turned off in villages, houses, property. OR, BUILD A BUNKER, SOMETHING UNIQUE, CREATIVE, BUILD TRAPS, MAKE IT INTERESTING BABY

I do not care about PvP random people, only 1200 Elo JSPers who are upset that they die a lot in solo qeueu and then die on Minecraft LOL.

The amount of rage/cry that came from Elfernator and yourself. Weren't you the guys that attacked ME FIRST? While I was on my boat? You were prepared for me to come, we fought OUTSIDE your property, you even had a tower built for us to come. We were swimming in the ocean far off getting shot at by arrows, eventually storming the beach and killing you. Seemed like you really wanted this to go down. You lost 2v2, cried, raged, even though I didn't take your gear and Aswizzle gave it back, you or Elf threw a fit and quit.

It was good times.

tl;dr on my boat near your house, I watched the map you kept running over to the dock because you too had the map open and saw I was coming by boat, you prepared for us and lost. You could have just gone inside your house, but you were ready. Never even said "don't kill us".

i agree with art tho and i was even killed in my own home by him but thats my fault for going afk, people should be able to pvp you regardless of where you are if those are the current rules that are in place, doesnt say anything on the first post about this not being ok

You want people to side with you, but again with the way you act you're going to get zero support.

People do not intend to join the server to "catch up with someone" so that they can just MAYBE not be attacked and killed.

I like how you seem to also over exaggerate what happened, and make things up.

We did NOT shoot at either of you till I was hit by an arrow, and Elf being someone who is only interested in building did get mad that you guys intentionally came up there to attack us. (There is no reason to come up there otherwise) I specifically had our area up there to be away from people, and if you had interest in seeing our area and not attacking us you'd of asked permission to see it instead.

Elf said very little, but everything he said was a true statement as to what you did in regards to the opposite you did while Nost was gone. I said next to near NOTHING, and Elf and I both said we do not want our stuff back. We had no "tower" built, and what was built after you guys were attacking us is still there and has not been removed.

The fact is this. I had told GGFools that you were approaching his area, with most likely ill intentions. You got mad and said "I'm coming for you now." Which you then proceeded to do the following things. You spent over 5-7 minutes to walk to our area, you then /SETHOME to that area with the intention of being able to port very close back had you of died, and had a quick way up here so you could go back to the spawn and get what you needed. You at that time once you were close enough had Plenam teleport to you, and proceeded to go straight to our area. If you had no intention of attacking us you would of not of had all of these events happen in this exact order.

Please do not come in here acting like you're innocent of your deeds and try to play it off like "You started it", because that is not what happened, and myself and Elf both stated while you and Nost were online that we have no interest or intentions to PVP. Like I said before I have no issue with you on the server, or PVP being active. The way you clearly lie to the server owner, and lie about what actually happens just gives more proof as to why you should not be there.

Had you of just fessed up and not acted like a bitch and cried on JSP I may say otherwise.

Also you guys shot first, I literally ported to art and already had arrows flying at me when I was under water.
You guys literally waited for us, started shooting arrows, and fucking cried and ragequit/complained when we pk'd you.
You cannot complain if you did not ask us to go away.

That's strange, because I specifically told Elf before we could see either of you "Oh hey Plenam just ported up here, and AoA sethome just outside of our area."

Interesting how your story doesn't match up with ours.

I'm not interested in arguing, and I have no reason to lie. I'm not the one banned, nor do I have any issue with either of you. The issue I have is with how you're both attempting to lie about what happened, and trying to make yourself look innocent.

Where have we complained also? We didn't bitch and moan and tell people "Oh they attacked us!", we didn't come on JSP and cry on a thread, and we didn't PM Final or Nost about it. Neither of us gave a fuck, so again you lie about what is actually happening. I complained to NOBODY about it, and what I just posted is a retort to how you two think you've done no wrong, and act like you're innocent in the past events. I've given my two cents, not complaining by any means.

I am not lying, I don't know if art was shooting at you, but I ported to him and I was being shot at by your friend already on a fucking tower, so I shot him off and killed him and he fucking ragequit.

At no point did you ever tell either of us to leave.
