all the apt near campus at my school is twice the rent and twice the shltty

shud see my apt right now, it's fkn high end, got spiral staircase to my room LMFAO and only pay 475 / month (including all utilities, internet, etc. etc)

i swear man, if only i had a gf she'd be impressed. my set up is awesome (it actually is awesome in the awesome way, not the nerdy way)

yeah that's prolly cuz close to campus. the ppl who lease the apartments are smart like that, and takes that into account. been living in apt with roomates for 3 years now, and i swear the hardest part is having to cook ur own shlt, and im still too lazy to do it. iso gf
