sure but 100 armor can easily lower his burst down to something he woild actually survive, but im sure ga's 60 or so armor is good enough so i think id rather have that

what character are you talking about here... ga is nice on an ad carry

and vs a talon? im pretty sure ga would be way nicer considering talon is mostly a burster
