why GA over say something like thornmail?

For 600 more you get a revive.

It is harder to kill a hard carry like Vayne with GA.

hmm i guess in a teamfight GA is good. if enemy too concerned with killing revive they actually wasting time waiting for revive while teamates pound on them.

Something comes to mind actually from this that I would like to ask.

If the opposing team has a fair few stuns/snares/suppression, even if they are AD heavy (Say... their team is WW, Ad Sion, Annie, Cait, Taric), would I also buy a QSS & a GA?

What do you think of building thornmail against a heavy ad team? I feel like it is very cost effective for the stats it gives you.

Last game I played Vayne, the other team had a fed Talon who jumped on me every fight and would one combo me. I bought a thornmail and we aced them every fight afterwards.

Good question. When I look at that type of lineup. I would go Cleanse Flash GA. or X(heal/ignite/exhaust/ghost)/Flash with QSS.

Buying both works out too.



Philo/HoG is more team reliant.

Wriggles is more carry mode.

Thornmail wouldn't have won you this game, Talon is not an auto-attack champion.

I'm at like 1400 elo solo, and I can't seem to move up my elo from retards.. what can I do?
