mord top easily ganked, hes a better mid champ controlling enemy wraiths and your own wraiths when jungle is not around to get them.

im always placing wards/get + 2 boots kinda fast so its usually pretty hard for them to gank me

i havnt done morde mid in a while because its a harder match up for him compared to normal solo tops, he has to get in some what close to dmg the enemy mid, idk ive always felt disadvantaged mid with him

o also when the enemy jungler has come to gank me, alot of the time i usually have been harassing the enemy top alot, he runs in to help the enemy jungler gank me, i ghost him and kill the jungler with it, this has happened ALOT lol

my team just like wtf double kill? i know that wont always work and morde has no escape but his flash, but he does have aself heal within his ult so that kinda helps if they got me on the run and try to turret dive if i get that far

Singed: have a GP or a Teemo go top against him and they can be extremely effective at harrassment crippling his early game farm.
Jungle Skarner: Ward and have some map awareness early game.

Late game against either having a vayne, kog'maw, or having a madred's on your AD carry does wonders.

yeah but you lose a lot of gold having to double ward every min and 1/2.

mid is def a better choice than top.

I paid for eloboost.

how do i properly buy situational items against enemy team?
ex: do i buy FoN because the most devastating on enemy team is a AP?
because i know there are the basic core items then higher elo people tend to buy situational items

For the word situational.

On a AD carry. Mercury Treads / Quicksilver Sash / Banshee's Veil / Guardian Angel. Those items are generally all situational.

I find people go too offensive with their build and don't think about the defensive.

Situational items are the best.

but how do i know which one to get?

I've seen high elo players play Kog'maw both traditional ranged ad builds and on hit(madreds, wits end, etc.) What is your preference and why? Does it matter the team comp for which you choose?

On hit is tankier but the damage is easy to counter. Traditional AD has high dps and the magic proc of W so the dps is harder to build against.

At least that is what I've always thought about those 2 routes.
