It was another guy I thought it was you. My rating was D but he is actually C tier on most list oh well my bad sry I put him lower sue me.
Unreliable cc? Sure there will be dodging but assuming teams of equal skill for every good dodge there comes an equally good skill shot. Healing fountains will be great zoning denying. Also we are talking about aram here with very hard to miss ults. Zyra ult hits entire screen, ashe ult to the face, mals ult point and click no dodging that sry, Morgana ult covers whole team, varus ult is also stupid easy to land especially if you volley slow them and malz builds lyandries and Any of the roots lands. To miss any ult is kind of difficult actually. And I am Not banking on all skillshots landing ofc. Even if 1/4 of them land and people play with their feet instead hands you will still dunk.
