Let's say 50% of your games do have a toxic person or troll, so that's 1 out of 10, 10%.
So by your logic, 10% of players are assholes, hardly a majority is it?

Being toxic is fine, you'll meet toxic people on an almost every day basis anyways, kids might as well learn to handle it without suiciding. Also, if they do suicide: Darwinism! Can't blame it!

If you were to take what I said at word yes, but that is 10x larger than what Riot claims.
You also have to consider several variables.

Games were trolls are not currently trolling.
Games were toxic people are not being toxic.

I honestly think the first one is going to happen a lot, because who wouldn't want to win a game?
The second one probably does not happen as often, because people often get frustrated when people do not do the same thing as they do. Or they just like to be toxic, for fun.

There's no way that more than 7% of the actual player base is toxic.
I can guarantee that if you add up bans, chat restrictions and suspensions it's less than 7% of the actual player base.

Your claim that 50% of games you have a toxic person is either an anomaly or you are remembering incorrectly.

I can see talking to you further will hold absolutely no benefit so I apologize for ignoring you from here but if you actually read what I say you'll see the points I'm making hold true.
League isn't actually THAT toxic, we just perceive it that way.

Of course, the actual punished community may be like 10 percent or so, maybe even lower. But there are just as many if not more that go unpunished.
You are basing what you are saying with assumptions against a persons personal account, and many others, if you look at this topic.
