Nah, pretty much anyone who is over 1800 and has a elo service posts their link in every thread that has to do with elo hell.

I know, but as example I am one of these who wants to improve and am sure there are more, I even know some of them.
I don't care about those who'll keep crying rather than trying harder, I just care about these really well intentioned :)
