Worst situps? they are still situps technically and you cant do 1100 of them in a row

and how am i out of shape if i can do a hour of situps?

I could easily, but why would i waste my time doing situps? What am i going to gain from them? Nothing. the repetitions do nothing after a while lol. Variation is what builds and cuts. have all the core strength i need from swimming.

And i can talk to hot girls.
