if your full health and mana after clearing all 3 small camps i would have to assume you had to use turtle for a long ass time.... thus slow jungle. you should time how long it takes to clear all the camps once

You should talk more about the stance mechanics, and about when to use each stance. Obviously if you're low use turtle for the shield etc, and bear for the speed for escaping, but when do you use bear vs phoenix? Do you switch at all in teamfights?
What's the rational behind maxing phoenix, especially with low attack speed in the build? Also, why no attack speed runes?
It seems like late game phoenix doesn't add nearly as much as tiger does. Have you tried going phoenix for 3 levels, then maxing tiger for late game?
You should also address more offensive-minded Udyr builds, IMO. There's more than one way to play most champs, and the guide is supposed to be YOUR take on the champion, but IMO it would help to include alternate build ideas and why you don't use them (or when/if you do use them).
