I like your guide but............. Pantheon is not AD carry, he's more like AD nuker. You do 99% of your damage with skills. Therefore you don't need any crit nor attackspeed. Building IE is simply bad choise for dps Pantheon. I don't like SotO so I'm normally aiming for straight BF sword if I can afford it or Brutalizer/Youmuu's way to Bloodthirster. When you've got enough damage (I'm normally set at around 300 AD~~), you should build some defensive items. I like Frozen Mallet/Atma's way, but Banshees is also very viable if you feel that you need mr over armor.

Here's where your wrong about iE pantheon has a garunteed crit. Hss Soo infinity not only increases dps by the most but increases Hss.... Yoomuus is for towers getting runners and Soo on with a crit over face.... Brutilizer early game increases dps by a lot

I usually go Sword / Sword of occult first, then Swiftness Boots, and one or two BF depending on how well you're fed. after that more BFs or convert to bloodthirsters. It has always worked for me.

soto is good for low elo and easy wins
