The dad of one of my best friends was born without arms, and he is a self-employed musician. Plays guitar for a living with his feet. Check him out, his name is Mark Goffeney. He also drives non-modified cars with his feet with no problem, seen him play Xbox with his feet, etc. Pretty crazy stuff.
