Well, depends on where you lose your games.

I've lost like 20 games at 0 LP in a division, from varius reasons.

When I'm climbing, my Win-rate is higher. But when I'm at 0 LP and people give me shit, I'm more likely to throw games, thats a stupid tilt I have, since I know I wont lose LP from it

To compare, on MatTony I'm up 51 games in wins compared to losses, from a total of 1129 games. [Dia 2]

On LRNNN, I'm up 48 games in wins compared to losses, from a total of 222 games. [Dia 3, league decayed to Dia 4, but w/l is Dia 3]

On Akalï, I'm up 20 in wins compared to losses, from a total of 116 games [Plat 1]
