plenty of people only play 1 champ at diamond. It really doesnt make a difference if youre good at 1 champ or 50, unless the 1 champ becomes fotm and gets permabanned, or nerfed. Plenty of people in high d1/challenger who only play fiddle, rengar, xerath, trynd etc champions. Only issue that they have is when they get banned, or if you have multiple people who can only play 1 role.
