Camille has pretty disgusting split pressure tol surprised nobody mentioned her

Tbh most champs can alter their build to become more split push oriented.
Stuff like nashors, tiamat, lich bane, triforce over bc etc.

Also i sometimes play splitpush lichbane veigardaddy vs yasuo to deal with windwall. You start to 2 hit turrets lategame lol

These are the ones that deal massive damage to turrets in mid/late game (AP champs in general but these have Atksp too).
From the list above you can choose the champ that fits better to your further needs (looking at what you ask I'd personally suggest Diana)

AP Shyvana is good aswell
