everybody on JSP is diamond/Plat expect for me. Stuck at silver2.

That's not accurate. Personally, I am in D4, but The majority of JSP is in Bronze-Gold. The only people you see talking about their rank are the ones in plat/diamond because it brings a sense of pride lol.

People who are in lower ranks typically aren't going to be strongly spoken about their rank unless they are asked; so you will naturally see less of them.

Keep your mental in check, and focus on minimizing your mistakes. Punish the enemy for their mistakes and reduce yours and you'll climb to high plat easily. The GREATEST tip I can give you regarding improving your performance on LoL is to go with the flow, don't try to make "sick plays" because 3/5 of the time it won't work, and the other 2/5 of the time it will work but it will not be as beneficial as playing conservatively and focusing on objectives/snowballing your team while you're in a good position.

Then don't be upset about being stuck in silver. I play for fun too, but my idea of fun is winning.

You'll incite more rage by making sick plays that don't often work out than you will by playing strategically and facerolling the opponent :P.
