That's not true at all. Reddit and other various forums make up a very small amount of the player base. The player base as a whole is actually really good.

No, you just remember them. Think of all the times you've played or talked to people that haven't annoyed you, you can't because it's standard.
You only remember the assholes because they stick out and go against the norm.

You wouldn't post on these forums if they were absolutely trash.
I'll admit there are some idiots on here but the majority of people make it an enjoyable experience, otherwise I wouldn't come back.

The same holds true for you, it's just when people complain about something sucking everyone else gangs up and whines too.
Truth is, you're intelligent enough, hopefully, to not play a game that actually has a terrible fanbase, which is why you keep coming back, the fanbase isn't actually bad.

only got scammed twice trading in the few years i played d2 and i got compensation for both, one of them the guild leader of the offender paid me 10x as much as the scam
