but is it rly 3-4shot? few days ago i was playing jayce top game dragged out i had 6 items i went randuin cuz of rengar and he still could 1 shot me in blink of an eye

the agony of missing ionic spark has little to do with not being able to adapt to other items

it's just I invested a part of my soul into that item and it was stupid to remove it from the game. Gave certain attack speed based bruisers a strong option against hybrid damage or true damage.
