Start farming inside base ~10-12 (2 waves of creeps.)

You're worth no gold, they have to waste people so your team can push + take objectives. You team fight later when fed from creeps.

If you're trying to say singed isn't a dominant laner I agree with you, but winning lane with singed is a practical goal.

Pretty much what i'm trying to say, i'm not saying it's impossible to win the lane =p
Just that there are better champs to "win/snowball" with, singed is just a good splitpusher/annoying fuck/attention grabber.
