Relatively easy to learn, difficult to master.

One of the highest skill caps (up there with jayce, elise and zed).

IMO she's a high risk, high pay out champ who has a really good engage/counter engage and can fit into most team comps.

Also, bladecraft orianna is in my top 5 favorite skins.

Agree she is one of the highest skill capped champions in the game

But she's really not high risk.
She's fairly low risk / high reward champion.
Her laning phase is strong, teamfight is strong, dueling capabilities are strong, utilities she provides for AP carry are unreal

The con is that she is hard to play at a high level

A correctly placed or incorrectly placed ball can mean the difference between getting an ace and getting aced
And I don't mean just for her ultimate, but for her entire kit

verry teamcomp reliant, and verry hard to play

but yes, super viable

Which is kinda what I mean by "high risk". One fail Attack -> Dissonance can cost you a teamfight, while on a flip side, throwing your ball on your malphite/j4/xin/nocturne/whatever tank initiation you have and following up their engage with a 3+ man shockwave will almost solidify you the teamfight.

I think she has the strongest AA harass out of any AP casters due to her passive, which is a huge advantage in the current bruiser/assassin meta.

I don't find her difficult to play at all, her kit is very strong once you learn how to position her and the ball correctly

when it comes to engages you have to land her ult on the right people or you will lose

other than that I would highly recommend her

i played orianna (among a few other mids) with mononoke and 3 others last season as a team and we won every game
ori so strong. carry all day

also works well with a cloaked khazix as i've found out personally

Wukong + Ori wombo combo is amazing for this reason.
