well the best option is probably to wrap up most of the excess cable so it doesn't have enough slack to get tangled

But like its not even that much cable

its like its twirling into little knots or something hat i have to like reverse bend

and its starting to like cut the wire..

it sounds like this is likely not very good quality cable... haven't seen anything do this lol
depending on what the cable is for you could replace/recable it.

Its for my headset, there turtle beaches so it probably is a shit quality cord.

with a screwdriver, a replacement cable, and some basic soldering skill it should be relatively easy to replace the cable.

i suppose if you don't care how it looks the electrical tape approach would probably work.
