you have to earn their respect by completely dominating your lane. make them think they can win if you lead them.

my last game i had a poppy that was going apeshit because i picked garen last and our whole team was melee. calling me a retard / noob etc... going on how were going to lose bad cause hero picks.


at 20 minutes i was 13/0 and he was ready to bend over for me.

the platinum/gold/silver players are included in the top 25%

they aren't counted separately.

which means 75% are unranked/below 1250

did u only read half the post?




assuming that they were going top 0.2 are plat, then top 3.2 are gold or or higher (but its then reduced to 3 cause they remove the plats from counting in gold)

knowledge in LoL wins the game

we can assume that 50% of people are going to be below 1200
we can also assume that the farther away from 1200 elo you get the less % of people are that elo
>1250 = 38.2% of people
50 - 38.2 = 12.8 (the top 1200 - players that are silver+)
so 12.8% of people would be in the 1200-1250 zone (which is a reasonable number that close to the artificial median)
believable.

Within that 75% all those people are included that have no ranking.
This can either be the case, since
a ) they aren't level 30 yet (friend referalls, anyone?)
b ) they don't care about ranking
c ) they play ranked but are simply that bad that they stay at or under 1250 elo.

this percentage doesn't include people who have not played a ranked game.

then I guess the only valid explanation is that 75% of the people who play ranked suck donkey balls.
