I don't like flash/ghost, if you can't get out with flash, valk, and bv/qss, you probably aren't getting out with ghost either. You've got an amazing pair of built in escapes (q and w--don't underestimate the % miss), there's no reason to take 2 summoner escapes as well.
I disagree with your skill order. While it's stronger to harass with q, e will get you more kills. You can harass fine and farm fine with your autoattack. Maxing e first will allow for more burst damage once you get them down to 1/2 hp. Valk in, turn on e and hit them a few times for 100% true damage. I cannot stress how awesome it is to have ignite (especially) or exhaust for attempts such as this. It'll help get you fed early.
Another good summoner you could bring is teleport. IMO ghost just isn't very useful on Corki.
Changing colors like that is annoying, it's better to have one color scheme that you stick with throughout the guide. Also, like many previous posters said, textwall. There was no formatting on the text and a lot of it could have been shortened. You don't have to defend every single mastery point, for example.
I'm not sure why you bring mana regen runes when you're getting a tear AND a sheen/trinity AND a bv. That's more than enough mana to keep anyone going.
Also the colors don't help browsing since you don't add any titles.

Not sure if you edited in the titles or I just glazed over them...the guide isn't very visually appealing and honestly, I didn't get much out of it.
It really comes down to somebody's playstyle. As I mentioned early in my guide, I value CS to kills early game. I'd rather be at 300+ CS 30 minutes in than 200 CS and one or two kills and possibly deaths. I play very defensively early game, but offensively enough that I probably won't get pushed out of my lane. The mana regen is for early game, which I mentioned as well. I don't see much out of any other seals on him other than possibly armor or attack speed which is also based on your own playstyle as I like to spam early on.
Nope, titles have always been there. I changed colors for the reason of browsing, so that sections are distinguishable. It's how I prefer to read guides, and write them as well.
