started with 3 in my original acc and in my current one started with 2 but now i got 9

NOBODY starts with more than 2 runepages.

the only way to aquire more than 2 is buying them with rp, or voteing for riot when they won an award.

they had no way of seeing if you had voted or not, they gave it to everyone when they won.
