The increase in damage for your E isn't really worth it to get IMO. I would go Q>W>E, unless you're going full DPS or you're just raping the game.
Decent guide though, he isn't very hard to play.
Also, some things worth mentioning:
You can pool out of his ult (vlad)
You can flash out of his ult
You can ghost out of his ult
And idk about other things, but they're good to know because you may just think you're gonna rape them, then they just... get out.
