another one of my theories is that its a gray area for riot as well. Because they want "new users" just not smurfs. Just trying to brainstorm ideas.

I understand, thanks for participating :P Altough, none of this 'off-game' trading is actually considered legal by the majority of the games listed on this website, however they still happen on JSP. JSP doesn't actually try to help those games at all.
