Merc threads are nice some games ... but really, you shouldn't need them. Usually any type of CC hitting you is instant death since you were probably out of position. Zerker boots are def the best unless the team has a hero that can leap straight at you.

I'd prefer the boots with 3 speed on ashe. Ashe is slow as shit for how squishy she is.

Don't get caught out of position. You will be farming for the majority of the game. Why do you even need the boots of swiftness.

Explanation: A good slow that gets progressively better as you level it up. This is a great skill to chase champions or to kite enemy champions. Make sure to only use this ability on enemy champions, since it can completely drain your mana pool if you use it to last hit creeps.

Volley(W) - Ashe fires 7 arrows in a cone for increased damage. Volley also applies Ashe's current level of Frost Shot.
Ashe fires //// arrows in a cone dealing 40/50/60/70/80 (+) physical damage. Volley also applies Frost Shot.

If im not mistaken, volley range is longer than auto attack range (of frost shot).

Your masteries I disagree with very slightly, but its not a huge deal, as its very minor.

Zerker Boots

Phantom Dancers/Guardian Angel

If the game progresses further along, sell zerker boots for Phantom Dancers. Make sure to pick up Elixirs at the beginning of the mid-late game so you have an advantage over your opponents. Elixirs can make a HUGE difference in the outcome of a fight.

Explanation:
Zerker boots because you need the IAS. I really recommend you get these every time, even if the other team has a lot of CC. Ashe's survivability comes from her positioning in battles, not from her defensive items. Make sure to not get caught out of position. Infinity Edge has great synergy with Ashe's passive, and should be taken with every auto attack AD carry in general. Great overall item. Phantom Dancers is another great item that has great synergy with Ashe because of her passive. Last Whisper is a must get on every AD carry. If you don't get this item, you will be doing a great disservice to your team because you won't be able to do as much damage to every hero as you possibly could(a.k.a. tanks). Banshees Veil is still the gold standard for survivability Items. You can get a Quick Silver Sash if the other team has a WW/Malzahar that just try to rape you with their suppress. Phantom Dancers if you are doing well, or Guardian Angel if you are having trouble staying alive. Make sure to get elixirs and to change your boots to PDS if time allows.


Item build - It's lacking, very lacking.
You should ATLEAST mention Black Cleaver, Bloodthirster, Bloodrazors, brutalizer, boots of swifts, merc treads, etc.
I don't reccomend guardian on ashe, as she'll easily be taken back down (Its not worth it on most carries) and you could of spent that extra money on more damage (or other survivability thats more worth it).
You also mentioned Last Whisper being a must. I strongly disagree and you should mention its not all that worth it until an enemy has stacked ~120armor or higher (typically more than one enemy, as the tank isnt important to do damage to).

Other than that, you have a decent guide - It's a little flat and uninteresting, but has some solid information.

-I would NEVER recommend taking teleport as a summoner ability. You NEED the survivability, teleport is nice every once in a while, but flash ghost is so much better.
-Ganking should be left to your junlger unless your team really needs it(I.E. The other team is pushing a lane hard with more than 2 people or if the other team's side lanes are over extended.
-Blue is indeed very nice, but chances are that someone on your team can put it to better use(Hence why we got the mana regen runes and masteries).
-Red should I agree should be either ashe's or the jungler's.
-I don't recommend bloodrazor on an AD dps champ because this item mostly targets tanks, this item is expensive, and it does magic damage. As for Black Cleaver / Blood thirster / brutalizer, they are nice items, but are not the best for ashe. Brutalizer is nice early, but you already got 25 armor pen from your masteries and delaying IE for it is not going to be a smart decision. Black Cleaver and Blood thirster are nice items, but they are more suited for heroes that use abilities and auto attack(Ez, Corky, Urgot, etc) more than Ashe who is mostly an auto attack hero. The IE PD LW combo is much better IMO and will only be less effective if the team has literally no tanks. Volley's range is larger than frost shot, I just copied the info straight from LeagueOfLegends.com
